I have:
Taken my mom to the doctor in Greensboro.
Not strangled her for insensitive/rude comments she made.
Hit the Harris Teeter while I was waiting on her - and scored some sweet deals.
Done two loads of laundry (ok, I'll admit, they aren't folded yet).
Drank way too much coffee.
Haven't killed my dog for running down the street when I let him out.
Not cried when my daughter passed her driver's ed (another indication that she's growing up much too fast for my liking).
Please use mpayne@triad.rr.com as your "referred by" - pretty please? with chocolate on top?

- I'm not looking for who I am or was, I'm breaking free from the confines I put around myself for the past 20 years - mentally, physically, emotionally. "Breaking Free" is a Bible study by Beth Moore - who is an amazing teacher. She has taught me so much about the Word of God and His love for me. I have made awful mistakes in my life, but no matter what - He forgives me and is now helping me to learn to forgive myself. I hope to be an example to others that no matter what kind of pit you have been in, Christ can and will pull you out. It sounds cliche', but I believe it with all my heart. And the only reason is because He did it for me.

I thought I would cry when my daughter had her moving up ceremony at her elementary school. I had one or the other child there for 8 years. Turned out it was during that really hot spell in June. The gym had no a/c. I was more worried about fainting than crying.
My son got his permit in Feb.
